Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 21st day of August, 2009, in Civil Action No. 09-CA-50392, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC2, is the Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN C. MARTIN, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 13 day of February, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 190, SHERWOOD AT THE CROSSROADS, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 4, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a cliam within sixty (60) days after the sale.
