NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed January 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-061875 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE7, Plaintiff and Thomas Grattenthaler and Shyla Grattenthaler, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, February 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT NO. 75, OF MYERLEE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1583, PAGES 620 THROUGH 660, INCLUSIVE, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, ALL ACCORDING TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
