NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 10 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-68855, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8, MTG PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and LEON WOLNIEWICZ, MARY D. WOLNIEWICZ, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GINA HOON, DECEASED, THE RESERVE AT ESTERO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GINA HOON, DECEASED and unknown tenant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 159, of reserve at estero, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 82, page 51, public records of lee county, florida.
