Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, and the Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property served on the above-named persons on or about January 11, 2012, Lake Fairways, which is owned by Lake Fairways, LLC, will sell the following described property:
1985 DUTC mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers D26419839A and D26419839B, and all the property contained therein (the “Property”).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash (or cashier's check), at Lake Fairways, 19371 Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers, Florida 33903 at 10:30 a.m. on February 3, 2012, which date is at least ten days from the first publication of this notice, and at least five days from the last publication of this notice.
The absolute minimum bid shall be the costs of storage, advertising, and sale, though the minimum may be adjusted by Lake Fairways as appropriate.
