The North 100 feet of the South 669 feet of the East 150 feet of the West 325 feet of the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida, together with an easement fro roadway purposes over and across the part of the East 50 feet of the West 375 feet of said fraction of a section extending from a prolongation of the South line of herein described parcel Northerly to the Southerly right-of-way of McGregor Boulevard (State Road No. 867) (Being Lot 27, unrecorded Deep Lagoon Heights)
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Suzanne M. Puopolo, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Post Office Box 280, Fort Myers, Florida 33902, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
