NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Filed on January 17, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-055741 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC is Plaintiff, and, DEBORAH G MARTINEZ, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Lis Pendens File in the instant matter, to wit:
Condominium Unit 174, PINE HAVEN, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1656, Page 2530, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
