NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 17 day of January, 2012, in Civil Action No. 10-CA-053311, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which, FIFTH AVENUE TOWNHOUSE PROPERTIES, LLC, TIMOTHY HOLLERAN, KARA HOLLERAN, WILLIAM BRADLEY and ROBERT SOUTH are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, is the Plaintiff, Charlie Green, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 16 day of February, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Units 1 and 2, Building B, Fifth Avenue Townhouses, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1732, Page 2152, as amended by Amendment to Declaration of Condominium of Fifth Avenue Townhouses Partially Terminating and Releasing Building A from Condominium Form of Ownership recorded August 12, 2005 in O.R. Book 4843, Page 3852, and as it may be further amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Units 1 and 2, Building C, Fifth Avenue Townhouses, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1732, Page 2152, as amended by Amendment to Declaration of Condominium of Fifth Avenue Townhouses Partially Terminating and Releasing Building A from Condominium Form of Ownership recorded August 12, 2005 in O.R. Book 4843, page 3582, and as it may be further amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
