NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-067664 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, is Plaintiff, and VIRGINIA LOPEZ, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOTS 49 AND 50, BLOCK 5, SAN CARLOS PARK UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
