NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-061353 of the Circuit court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, AUDEY KENNINGTON, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on February 16, 2012 at 9:00 AM on the Real Foreclosure website www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes for the following describe property:
LOT 4, UNIT 3, BLOCK 17, PLAT OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, A SUBDIVISION OF “LEHIGH ACRES”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15 AT PAGE 68 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
