Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on October 17, 2011, and the Court's Order Granting Plaintiff's Ex Parte Motion to Reschedule Sale, the Clerk will sell the Property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Property located in Lot 43, EAST STADLER FARMS, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 5, Page 6, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, described as follows:

BEGINNING at a P.K. nail found in the centerline of Kennesaw Street, 116.74 feet Westerly from the East end of the North 1/2 of Lot 43 of a subdivision known as EAST STADLER FARMS as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 6, at the Northwesterly corner of parcel described in Official Records Book 1916, Page 326; thence Westerly along the centerline of Kennesaw Street and the Northerly line of said Lot 43, a distance of 150.00 feet to a P.R. nail set (said nail being about 392.9 feet +- from the centerline of pavement of Hardee Street); thence Southerly by an interior angle to the right of 90°20'00” a distance of 30.00 feet to a set iron rod; thence continue Southerly a distance of 287.92 feet to set iron rod; thence Easterly by an interior angle to the right of 89°42'40” a distance of 150.00 feet to a found iron rod at the Southwest corner of parcel described in Official Records Book 1916, Page 326; thence Northerly at an interior angle of 90°17'20” and along the Westerly line of said parcel 288.06 feet to a found iron rod; thence continuing Northerly a distance of 30.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement for roadway (Kennesaw Street), utility and drainage purposes over and across the Northerly 30 feet of Lot 43 said EAST STADLER FARMS, for the use and benefit of all present owners, their successors and assigns, of lands adjoining the easement parcel. EXCEPTING the Southern 8.02 feet for easement to Ft. Myers Southern Railroad Corporation.
