NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reset Sale filed January 19, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-056302 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Cape Coral, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Lee Edward Ehrlich, et.al, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 17 day of February, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 5437, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 90, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 12 through 29, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
