DEBRIERE, SHARON K. DEBRIERE and HOMEBANC MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on February 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 564, of CASCADES AT RIVER HALL, PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof recorded under instrument #2005000166038, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. a/k/a: 15347 Yellow Wood Drive, Alva, FL 33920
