NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I shall sell that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit 5, FAIRWAY DUNES A CONDOMINIUM, a condominium in Section 23, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 2305, pages 3293 through 3393, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
at public sale on February 23, 2012, to the highest bidder for cash, using the following method: By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
