NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-052851, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and RODNEY RICHLEY; DOROTHY RICHLEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BRANDYWINE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WOOLSTON, INC. DBA MONTGOMERY WINSLOW ROOFING; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 224, BRANDYWINE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK1 444, PAGE 595, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
