NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-052367 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and SAM YEOL KIM, WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK N.A., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 22 day of February, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 4, SUNNY CREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPTING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2, RUN EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOTS 1 AND 2, 100 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF LOT 1; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID EAST LINE 93.35 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF AN EXISTING BUILDING; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE OF THE BUILDING AND ITS EXTENSION, TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF LOT 2, THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 2 FOR 93.10 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
