NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 20, 2012 and entered in 11-CA-052767 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, is the Plaintiff and STEVE WILLIS; EMMA DAVILA A/K/A EMMA WILLIS; CITY OF FORT MYERS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on February 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 4 THROUGH 8 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 1, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS RIO VISTA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 2.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
