NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 12, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
Condominium Unit 1870, Building 9, Clearbrooke Townhouse Condominium, Phase VIII, a Condominium together with its undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 4692, Page 750, and all its attachments and amendments and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 28, Page 101, a of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 24th of February, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
