NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 12, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
Unit 31 of Imperial Park Condominium, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3452, Page 522 through 651, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Pages 15 through 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 24th of February, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
