Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 18-103, Building No. 18, of WINDING CREEK V, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 50, Page(s) 59-62, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5188, Page 1710, amended in O.R. Book 5406, page 1146, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County. With the following street address: 2400 Winding Creek Boulevard, #18-103, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 28, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
