NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 12, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-007120-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank, National Trust Company, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2005-1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-1, Plaintiff and Hien H. Huynh are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on February 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, OF BARCLAY WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 123, PAGES 31 AND 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
