NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-005710, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DAVID G KEYES, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE KEYES FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 23, 2008, AS TO A SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT (75%) INTEREST; DAVID G. KEYES; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; LINDA L SULLIVAN; PATRICK SULLIVAN; PATRICK SULLIVAN, AS TO A TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) INTEREST; RAMONA R. SULLIVAN; SUZANNE O'MALLEY KEYES; SUZANNE O'MALLEY KEYES, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE KEYES FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 23, 2008, AS TO A SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT (75%) INTEREST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICK SULLIVAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of February, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 108D, BUILDING 76, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14827, PAGE 729, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
