NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-010891, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CHADWICK W BELL; AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE, INC.; MANSIONS BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WHITNEY G BELL; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of February, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 306-A, as shown on Condominium Plat of MANSIONS BY THE SEA, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 39, Page 32 through 42, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in Official Records Book 4969, Page 691 through 760, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with a undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
