NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-14144, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA is the Plaintiff and FELIKS MARCINKIEWICZ; HUDSON AND KEYSE, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF CHASE MANHATTAN BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FELIKS MARCINKIEWICZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of February, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET AND LOT 6 LESS THE SOUTH 21 FEET, LOCK 35, A REPLAT OF PART OF A SUBDIVISION OF DUNEDIN ISLES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 34-37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
