Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated January 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 11-003684-CI-15, in the COUNTY Court for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein ULTIMAR TWO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and FELECISIMO N. MARA, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 1803 and Garage Unit 81, Ultimar Two, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 7872, Page 97, and Condominium Plat Book 110, Page 65, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of February, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
