Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment on Foreclosure entered on January 13, 2012 in Case No. 2010-1243 9CI 21 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which IBERIABANK, as successor in interest to CENTURY BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff and PAIGE BLANCHAT, TIMOTHY BLANCHAT, OAKMONT, LLC., AND GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC., are Defendants, I, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Lots 12, 13 and 14, The Reserve, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 106, pages 2 and 3, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
and
Lot C, Florida Convalescent Centers Subdivision, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 97, pages 24 and 25, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
