NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage foreclosure dated January 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-008507-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein COMMUNITY WEST BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and BLESSED ASSURANCE SENIOR CARE SERVICES CORPORATION d/b/a THE GREEN BEACH, a Florida Corporation, CHERYL SALIO-AN, and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN AND UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on March 19, 2012, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Parcel 1:
Lot 27, less the North 10 feet thereof, and Lots 25 and 26, SKYLAND, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 57, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
North 10 feet of Lot 27, all of Lot 28 and South 16 feet of Lot 29, SKYLAND, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 57, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
