NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-005840-CO-042 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Cove Cay Village IV Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and THOMAS J. MURPHY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. MURPHY and JP MORGAN CHASE BANK are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17th day of February, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
3200 Cove Cay Drive, 5-D, Clearwater, Florida 33760, Condominium Parcel: Unit 5-D, Building 5, Phase 5, Cove Cay Village IV, a Condominium, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat book 78, Pages 40 to 45 included; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4993, Page 1579, and subsequent amendments thereto. the street address of which is: 3200 Cove Cay Drive Unit 5D Clearwater, FL 33760
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
