NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-8380-CO-41 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bay Pines Apartments Unit Four Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and PATRICIA L. BEEHLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA L. BEEHLER; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24th day of February, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 103 Building D, BAY PINES APARTMENTS UNIT 4, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat book 41, Pages 27 and 28 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5009, Pages 1634, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto; the street address of which is: 4600 98th Way N., #103 St. Petersburg, FL 33708
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
