NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-10285-CO-41 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Woodside Village Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and PETER KACZYNSKI; TIMOTHY KACZYNSKI; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER KACZYNSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE TIMOTHY KACZYNSKI and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24TH day of February, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1808C, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments as recorded in Official Record Book 4861, Page 1517, and as amended in Official Record Book 4930, Page 1164, Official Record Book 5494, Page 301, and as recorded in Condominium Plat book 34, Pages 78-86, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 4215 East Bay Drive #1808C Clearwater, FL 33762.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
