NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 4, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-016118-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICIN AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-FM2 is Plaintiff and BEN BAUER; ZITA BAUER; SEMINOLE PALMS OF LARGO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PRIMUS AUTOMOTIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES, A COPRORATION D.B.A LAND ROVER CAPITAL GROUP; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21st day of February 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 11, SEMINOLE PALMS AT LARGO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
