NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17 , 2003, and entered in Case No. 522003CA008306XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALD OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE ABFC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-NC1, is Plaintiff and JEFFREY A. DEMAURO; PENNY L. DEMAURO; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 22nd day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
