NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2012, and entered in 09015917CI(13) of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and OLEKSANDR MOSKHIN A/K/A OLEKSANDR MOSHKIN A/K/A MOSHKIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLEKSANDR MOSKHIN A/K/A OLEKSANDR MOSHKIN A/K/A MOSHKIN; LUDMILA SHCLMAN A/K/A LUDMILA SHULMAN; HERITAGE LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A YANINA ORCHARD are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 13, BUILDING 2, HERITAGE LAKE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12622, PAGE 1763, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13520, PAGE 1487, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 132, PAGES 23 THROUGH 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
