NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale entered on January 20, 2012, in that certain cause pending in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, wherein STEARNS BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and FARRELL HOMES, INC., MICHAEL FARRELL AND JUDITH FARRELL are the Defendants, Case No. 8:11-cv-1724-T-26TBM, Matthew J. Meyer, Special Master, will at 10:00 a.m. on February 21, 2012, after giving notice as required by 28 U.S.C. § 2002, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the steps in front of the main entrance of the St. Petersburg Judicial Building, 545 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, the following described property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit.
Farm C Parcel:
A portion of the East 1/2 of Farm “C”, Block 21, PINELLAS FARMS in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 30 South, range 16 East, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 4 and 5, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence along the South line of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, N. 89 deg.41'46” W., 656.72 feet; thence N. 00 deg.46'42” E., 50.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the Northerly right-of-way line of 62nd Avenue, N. 89 deg.41'46” W., 90.00 feet; thence N. 00 deg.46'42” E., 106.33 feet; thence S. 89 deg. 41'43” E., 90.00 feet; thence along the Westerly right-of-way line of 63rd Street North, S. 00 deg.46'42” W., 106.33 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale.
