NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 10, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-020792-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, NA, as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-2 Trust, Plaintiff and Jacolyn Lee Kelly-Thomas a/k/a Jacolyn Lee Kelly and David Paul Thomas a/k/a David Thomas, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on February 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 31, PASADENA GARDENS GULFVIEW SECTION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
