NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2012, and entered in 52-2009-CA-021414 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26, is the Plaintiff and LAURIE A. LIPUS; KAREN RAYL; JOSEPH E. RAYL; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A AMBER PERRY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 12, MEADOW LAWN-FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
