NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2012, and entered in 10005910CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CORETTA L. NEWSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CORETTA L. NEWSON; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION F/K/A PINELLAS COUNTY TEACHERS CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LEWIS NEWSON; UNKNOWNT TENANT #2 N/K/A CHERYL NEWSON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 4, SHADOWLAWN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 94, RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
