NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 18, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated March 22, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-17480-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and EDWARD J. TUCKER; MARIE J. TUCKER; KATHLEEN MARIE KYLE A/K/A KATHLEEN MARIE TRZECIAK KYLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN MARIE KYLE A/K/A KATHLEEN MARIE TRZECIAK KYLE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of February, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, ORANGE ESTATES OF ST. PETERSBURG, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
