NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-009733 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Miriam Bodden, Town Shores Master Association, Inc., Town Shores of Gulfport, No. 201, Inc., a Condominium, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BARCLAY HOUSE UNIT 302, TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 201, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 45 AND 46, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3491, PAGE 147, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
