NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff, OLD HARBOR BANK, and determination of reasonable attorney's fees entered in the above-styled case number 11-00677 CI-15 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that I, Ken Burke, Pinellas Clerk of the Court, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Legal Description: The East 190.00 feet of the West 240.00 feet of that part of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, lying West of Tampa and Gulf Coast Railroad right-of-way as described in Deed Book 57, Page 151, Pinellas County Records, LESS the South 418 feet thereof LESS the Northerly 65 feet thereof.

Commence at the center of Section 34, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida and go N. 00°17'49”E,418.00 feet along the North-South centerline of said Section 34 (the centerline of U.S. Alt Hwy. No. 19-Seminole Boulevard); thence S 89°14'28”E., 50.00 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of U.S. Alt Hwy No. 19, for a Point of Beginning; thence N. 00°17'49' E 182.85, along said right-of-way line; thence, leaving said right-of-way line, S.88°40'50”E, 190.03 feet; thence S 00°17'49” W., 180.99 feet; thence N.89°14'28”W.,190.1 feet to the Point of Beginning.
