NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 18, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 104, 610 ISLAND WAY, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of 610 Island Way, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 6564, Pages 1974 through 2008 inclusive, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 96, Pages 117 through 121, of the Public Rccords of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 2nd of March, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
