KORDIS A/K/A JAMES MICHAEL KORDIS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE KORDIS, DECEASED; JILLIAN FRANCES KORDIS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE KORDIS, DECEASED; KRISTINA E. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
