NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 7, 2010 in Civil Case No. CASE NO. 09-CI-014331, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS PURCHASER OF THE LOANS AND OTHER ASSETS OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is the Plaintiff, and, ZHANNA LEYTMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZHANNA LEYTMAN IF ANY; BAY OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JP MORGAN CHASE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS PURCHASER OF THE LOANS AND OTHER ASSETS OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 813, of BAY OAKS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE VII REPLAT, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 5306, Page 5, as amended by amendment recorded in O.R. 5319, Page 675, and as amended by amendment recorded in O.R. 5425, Page 1423 and by amendment adding Phase VII recorded in O.R. 5552, Page 1652, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 58, Pages 41 through 44, Condominium Plat book 60, Pages 59 through 62 inclusive, Condominium Plat book 65, Pages 1 through 12, inclusive and in Condominium Plat Book 67, Pages 76 through 78 and Condominium Plat Book 68, Pages 112 and 113 and in Condominium Plat Book 69, Page 85 and 86, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
