Residence unknown and if living, including any unknown spouse of the Defendant, if remarried and if said Defendant is dead, his/her respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant; and the aforementioned named Defendant and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant and such of the unknown name Defendant as may be infants, incompetents or otherwise not siu juris.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property to-wit:
Unit No. 1163C of JAMESTOWN CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 115 through 123, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4847, Pages 1 through 63, of the Public Records of Pinellas, County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements, and any amendments thereto
more commonly known as 1163 85TH TERRACE N #C, St Petersburg, FL 33702.
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by February 27, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
