NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment and Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 335B, Building 3, GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 12663, Pages 1378 through 1560, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 129, Pages 1 through 15 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
