NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522009CA021745XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. ARC POOL 1, LLC is Plaintiff and KERRI K. COHRON; KERRI K. COHRON, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 18TH DAY OF JUNE, 2004 FOR USE AND BENEFIT OF KERRI K. COHRON; ALL UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 18TH DAY OF JUNE, 2004 FOR USE AND BENEFIT OF KERRI K. COHRON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KERRI K. COHRON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BOCA CIEGA RIDGE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
