NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 9, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-014152-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CARY COHENOUR; FLAGSHIP NATIONAL BANK; PARKRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 30-204, PHASE 30, PARKRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004046838 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
