NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002451 NC of the Circuit Court of the twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKS THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROU TRUST 2006-HYB3, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HYB3, Plaintiff, and, JODY VALVO, et. al., are Defendants, The clerk of court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 9 am, on the 13th day of February 2012, the following described property:
