NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 10, 2009 in Civil Case No. 41 2008 CA 010712, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE NANCY K. BRONELL TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED 3/6/95, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Mitch C. Needelman will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Brevard County Government Center North, Brevard Room, 518 S Palm Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796 beginning at 11:00 AM on February 3, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE, SUBPHASE H, A/K/A WESTON, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 26 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
