NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 13th day of February, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 3009, of 1st Amended Plat of PHASE THREE, OAKHURST, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Page(s) 50-A through 50-C, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1347, Page 2 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
