NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001003 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM B WHEELER, THE CHEVAL NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC,; THE VENICE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC,; VENICE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB #1, INC., DIANE L WHEELER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 266, VENICE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT NO 2-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34 PAGE 38 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
